The 1st of an annual event. Tri-Cities Pop Fest 2018. This year at the Glow Garden. 2 days of Art, Music, and Video. Art is curated by the Spectra Art Gallery and this year's theme is micro art. 12x12 max size. Music is curated by Funkytonk Records featuring over 10 bands, all of which are local. The Glow Garden team is choosing a couple of cult classic videos for two late night viewings. Community spirit at the Glow Garden in Richland. Music will be a mix of shows on the stage as well as intimate Garden outdoor shows. Art will be displayed in the basement of the Glow Garden.
